God's gifts and call is irrevocable.
It is not good or wise to constantly measure or validate our God given gifts and talents by: Likes, Recommends, Tweets, Subscribers, Re-pins or Followings. Doing this can cause us extreme pressure, sadness and a sense of non-accomplishment
If we have truly prayed for God's will for our lives, accepted the call and we're doing our best to walk it out, let us stay encouraged, our day of fulfillment will surely come.
Waiting around to see if others approve of our work can get "old, cried out and played out " real quick. We have to keep moving forward regardless of the appearance. That's what faith is all about, RIGHT!
God's gifts and His call are irrevocable. God doesn't speak to our hearts, guide us to carry out His will and when the going gets tough, He then says, "Sike, I was just kidding, I'm out of here, you're on your own!" Absolutely not, God is faithful and If He said it, He will surely see it come to pass.
In remembrance of the "parable of the Sower" Jesus tells a story of planting and reaping.
We learn that seeds take time to properly grow. The choosing of ground that seeds are planted in must be carefully considered, as shallow soil will not allow a seed to take proper root.
That seed planted in shallow ground may appear that its growing quickly, however, eventually that same seed gets scorched and withered. Fast growth, No root! We must be aware and conscious of how we plant our seeds (visions, plans, talents and gifts) never allowing what appears to dominate what is Divinely Inspired.
Getting burned and dried out quickly is never a desire for anyone looking to reap a good harvest. As the old adage goes "A watched turkey never gets cooked".
What we do as children of God carrying out His purpose will be sustainable, ripe and fully ready in its reason.
It's hard admittedly, but let's do our best to keep our eyes on things above and not always on things that do appear. Blessings to all and Always, Stay Encouraged.
