THE PROGRAM looks to expand beyond some of the ideas of old grass-roots and methodologies by utilizing an online presence, with an emphasis on Social Media Platforms.

THE 7-0-4 PLAN also acts as a Social Network Forum exclusive to supporters to complement its innovative ideas, thus facilitating growth. The program's purpose also looks to expand, enriching the lives and future of our youth by leveraging unconventional ideas.
