"Thus being an incubator and resource center, supplying the necessary information needed for growth."

Who or what inspired you to start the Movement?

My grandmother. She always wanted the very best for me. Encouraging me to make a difference in the lives of those closest to me. It was her that made the stamp of inspiration in my heart to reach out and help my fellow brothers and sisters.

When did the 7-0-4 Plan Begin?

The 7-0-4 Plan was founded on May 2, 2010 and reflects my vision of how to build a diverse and inclusive business community.

What are your personal experiences that you feel helps to motivate you to fulfill this vision?

After my near death experience on January 19, 2009, I developed a purpose and drive that has given direction to my goals in life. On the aforementioned day, I went into anaphylactic shock from digesting walnuts.

My entire respiratory system shut down – I swelled internally. It caused me to pass out and I died for a short period of time. My pulse stopped and it actually took two people to perform mouth-to-mouth to revive me.

After waking up, I was given a divine revelation through Habakkuk 2:2-3.

“Then the Lord answered me and said:

Write the vision and make it plain on tablets,

that he may run who reads it.

For the vision is yet for an appointed time,

but at the end it will speak,

and it will not lie.

Though it tarries, wait for it;

because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

I then learned, since God revealed, He called on me to be a leader in my family, career and community, I’ve found the motivation to work even harder to make my aspirations and dreams a reality.
