Honey… what do you want for dinner? “Ummm… Potatoes, no something with gravy. No, no sausage or cheese… whatever you cook is fine. Just don’t wear yourself out, save some energy for me”. So I cooked all the things he named, lol. Doesn't take much to make him happy.
Baked Potato stuffed with Smoke Sausage, Grilled Onions, Bits of Green Onion and Bell Pepper smothered in a light Vidalia Onion Gravy and dusted with Korean Pepper Flakes.
When you cook from the heart you unselfishly give the best of your love because you want your dish to bring happiness to the one who eat it.
We should always purpose to give the best of our love to those we hold dear to us. Saving energy for romance is how I give the best of my love to my beautiful husband. This simple and quick rest and romance meal allowed me to give him all my attention in return making him very happy.
In return, I was happy when my beautiful husband said, dinner was beautiful." He is giving me the best of his love as we share and talk about our day while cuddling together listening to old school songs. We are having a night of pure soul love euphoria.
It is just as the Emotions sang:
"Doesn't take much to make me happy
And make me smile with glee
Never never will I feel discouraged
' Cause our love's no mystery
Demonstrating love and affection
That you give so openly
I like the way you make me feel about you, baby
Want the whole wide world to see
Oh oh you've got the best of my love"
Oooh it is going to be some hot stuff baby this evening.
True happiness is when you get past self and think of others. Only then can you give others the best of your love. Share the best of your love now, not later and remember to make your love one happy. ”Let all that you do be done in love.” 1 Corinthians 16:14
