Psalm 114:14 (NIV) The Lord is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.
Some ascribe our prominence in the world to our strong military. They insist that the world listens to us because we have bigger and better bombs. Some apologize for our military presence. They believe that we ought to make friends of other nations and that having bigger and better bombs makes us look like a bully. It’s hard to make friends with a bully. Others think we ought to share our economic success: give them money, or business contracts, and they will love us. Maybe if we educate the world’s young people in our universities, or treat their sick and injured in our hospitals, the world will become our friend. I think they all miss it

Inscribed on our currency are the words, “In God we trust.” We are joyful citizens of a great nation when we trust in God. We will celebrate victory over our enemies when we return to our religious roots, when we return to the Lord. Revival is our only hope. America’s strength is in her churches, not her armies. Righteousness wins the battle. Our right hands will not do mighty things—God’s right hand will! America, wake up and hear the word of the Lord!
Let revival come, and let it start with me. Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me! Amen.
You're most welcome. Thank you.
